Indonesian cuisine is one of the most diverse, vibrant and colorful in the world, full of intense flavor. Many regional cuisines exist, often based on indigenous culture and foreign influences such as Chinese, European, Middle Eastern, and Indian precedents. Rice is the main staple food and is served with side dishes of meat and vegetables. Spices, coconut milk, fish and chicken are fundamental ingredients.
On the other hand, besides the various kinds of ingredients used to make the food, there are also some unusual ingredients involved in the making of the dishes, and you will be surprised if I tell you that Marijuana has been used as food ingredients.
